Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 business days in advance. Changes or revisions to orders can be made no less than 48 hours prior to service and must be approved in writing. Cancellations must be communicated 48 hours in advance or 50% of balance will still be due. Inclement weather cancellations will be communicated at least 12 hours prior to service (for both client and PDT). PDT reserves the right to refuse orders due for capacity, incorrect pricing or lack of proper documentation (order form) Payments no payment is due at the time of booking or food service. Payment are made via invoicing as agree upon in written contract
