What area do you service?

Our home base is Saratoga Springs, New York.  We work all over the Greater Capitol Region and beyond.  We will travel to serve you in The Adirondacks and North Country, Hudson Valley, Metro NY Long Island/Hampton's, New Jersey and beyond.  We've traveled from Maine to Florida to Los Angeles for clients - we're happy to go where you need help.

Can we provide our own alcohol?

Absolutely, we're happy to provide service as needed.  We're also happy to help you create signature drinks and pairing if you'd like, just ask.

What types of diets can you accommodate?

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, seafood allergies, vegetarian, and more. Let us know your specific needs and how we can best serve you.  We also have a staff Dietitian that can help plan menus

Can you accommodate vegan and plant based diets?

Yes, we are able to create or adjust most of our food to be plant based and or vegan.  We use Impossible Burger®,  create our own seitan as well as source all types of plant and vegan protein substitutes

What types of events to you cater?

Family dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, all kinds of celebrations, corporate meals, girls night, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, weddings, galas, fundraisers - lets chat about what you need

Would you allow us we provide our own food or food from other providers?

Due to liability we can only serve food that we have prepared.  The safety of you and your guests is our primary concern when we don't know if the food was handled safely.

What types of food do you cook?

We are based in our heritage of Classic French and Italian cuisine.  We love to cook all kinds of food; Spanish, Mexican, Asian, Greek, Regional American including BBQ.

What goes into the cost of a wedding?

Can I create my own menu?

Absolutely, we think that every event should be customized.  We're work together to create a menu that reflects your vision.  We love to help create and re-create food memories.  Do you have a favorite dish from your childhood or from a vacation?  Tell us about it, food is our passion!

Do you offer a meal service?

Yes,we call  our individual meal program - PRET - which means ready.  Meals are full cooked and individually plated, ready to eat.  Heat them up and off you go. We also offer Family Meals on Thursday and Friday

We are renting a house and want a private chef.  Do you do that?

Yes we do it all, we'll even bring the pot and dishes.  Contact us and tell  us your vision

Is our group too small?

No group is too small we do events as small as 2 and as large as 300

We have guests with allergies can you accommodate them?

Absolutely, we want all your guests to have a great food experience.  We're happy to work with you to accommodate all your guests needs and preferences.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a deposit for serviced events.  Your event date is not secured until a deposit is received.  Typical deposits range from $500-$2,000 depending on your total estimate and days until your event.

When are you open and do you offer delivery?

We are open for food pick up or delivery from Wednesday to Sunday.  You place order directly online

Are deposits refundable, can I cancel my event?

Deposits are non refundable after 14 days.  Events cancelled within 30 days prior to event start will be required to pay in full.  Events cancelled 31-45 days in advance 75% of total is due.  Events cancelled 46-60 days in advance 50% of total is due.  Events canceled 61-90 days 25% of total is due.  We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control.  We are happy to work with you to find an alternative service date or type.

Do you charge a service fee?

We charge for services yes.  However you will not have an additional fees unless your event runs past our contracted time.

Do you require a contract or service agreement?

Yes, at the time of booking confirmation you will receive a digital contract.

Is gratuity included?

We never include gratuity in a bill for service. This is at the guests discretion.  Typically gratuity is 15-20% of you total bill.  Gratuity is pooled for all front of house service staff and distributed evenly.  If you would like to designate a tip to a specific staff member or would like to tip the back of house staff, please communicate that to your on-site manager.

When should I place my order?

If you're planning to place an order for pick up or delivery you should place it as soon as you now.  You can place an order up to 6 months in advance.  We do sell out on busy days, it's possible if you wait we might not be available.

Can I cancel or reschedule an online order?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an order.  However, you would need to communicate that change a minimum or 72 hours in advance.  Any sooner and your order will not be able to be canceled and you will be required to pay in full.

Can I buy a gift for someone?

Yes, you can place an order for someone.  We also offer gift card - you can purchase a physical card directly from us onsite or you can place an order for a digital gift card that will be emailed directly to your gift recipient.  You can even schedule the day you'd like the email sent.  Click Here to order a gift card

What type of payments do you accept?

We take cash, check, credit cards, and gift cards.  Events over $1,000 a 3% service fee is added for credit card purhcases
