PDT Catering creates food experiences for guests counts 6 - 600 ppl; full service off-premise, drop off, pick up, in house events at PDT Maison  We offer; plated meals, stations, buffets, cocktail parties for any event - wedding, engagement, birthday, anniversary, corporate lunches, fundraisers, galas.  We do everything food, bar, service, decor, rentals - what can we do for you?

Need to order trays of food for a dinner?  Looking for food for an office party or baby shower?  Maybe you just don't want to have to cook this weekend.  Pop over to our ordering page, place your order and have it delivered or pick it up.  It's really that easy.

NOW OPEN! Our newest addition PDT Maison is a cozy inspired lunch | brunch cafe in Saratoga Springs. Open Everyday except Tuesday 10-3.  Our patio and bar is open. Available for private dinner and parties.

We are rooted in our heritage - Québecois and Sicilian.  Our aesthetic is Tuscan and Provincial from our food and design to our service style.  We cook for you and treat you like family.
