We offer full service catered events with or without bar services, take out catering available for pick up or delivery and food truck events in the Greater Capital Region, Hudson Valley, North Country and beyond.

Scratch Made!
Quality is the most important thing to us we don't skimp and you shouldn't either. Our food is made from scratch by professionally trained chefs using the finest quality ingredients. We don't cut corners and we make Pretty Damn Tasty food! We can create, recreate just about anything you'd like from a old family recipe to destinate cuisine.
We are rooted in our heritage - Québecois and Sicilian. Our aesthetic is Tuscan and Provincial from our food and design to our service style. We cook for you and treat you like family.

PDT Catering has been helping you stress less and relax more during the holidays since 2014. We offer Thanksgiving and Holiday meals, party packages for your home, office or social event.

We offer a wide range of food for take out - pick up or delivery. If you're planning an office party, back yard bbq, family dinner or special event or online order is super easy! Don't see something you'd like, let us know.
Tasty Truck
We offer food truck booking for public and private events. Customized menus to fit your event. Concessions, corporate events, fundraisers, social events. Late night, post wedding food, film shoots, craft services.

Our fast casual lunch and brunch cafe located int eh heart of Saratoga Springs. Serving our favorite lunch, breakfast and brunch food and specialty cocktails
We're open Wendesday- Saturday 10-3p, Sunday 9-3p. Reservations recommended but not required. Private events available on our 1st floor, 3rd floor or patio. Baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthday parties, business lunches and dinner, fundraisers, social event.
