About the Event
We are all so busy with work and home life. Our yoga experience is about finding a little peaceall the chaos in a pressure free, calming environment.
You will be guided through a relaxing journey through the senses. While you breath and stretch we'll prepare some light food and a smoothie or a glass of wine to chill after you're done. A little time to yourself mid-week can help re-center and re-focus your energy for the rest of your week.
- 6:00 - Arrive, get ready
- 6:15 - 7:15p Yoga Instructor Patti Martino will lead you through mindful yoga breathing and stretching.
- 7:15 - 8:00p Relax and eat
- 8:00 - 8:30p Clean up and leave
Moroccan Chicken - Basamati Rice
Turmeric Mango Smoothy or Wine
Moroccan Orange Cake - Spiced Oranges
You will need to be in comfortable clothes (we don't care what they look like), bare foot or sock if you desire. We will use a mat, towel and two yoga blocks. If you have your own and would like to bring them, please do. If not - don't worry we got you covered. This is a beginner level experience. If you've never tried yoga before or don't know if it's right for you, please join us in this relaxed, pressure free welcoming space.
