Corzetti - Hand-made pasta "coins" basil pasto, shaved Parmesan
Panzanella Salad - At the height of Summer we celebrate the tomato and great crusty bread
Grilled Rosemary Veal Chop - Crispy polenta, Roasted Garlic Broccoli
Chocolate Panna Cotta - Cooked chocolate cream - think silky hot chocolate, hazelnut brittle
