About the Event

This is a test for Virtual Classes by The Studio PDT 

We'll be dropping off your mise en place prior to this class.


  • Fettucini Alfredo - Store bought pasta, you will be making the sauce
  • Citrus Chicken - You will be learning about marinated chicken then pan searing and finishing in the oven
  • Broccoli  - We'll be roasted this
  • Ceasar Salad - You'll be making the dresssing and putting together the salad

All your ingredients will be prepared and ready to go.  You will need:

  • 1 large pot to boil 1 pound of pasta
  • 1 Strainer or colander to drain pasta
  • 1 large skillet to sauce chicken (we're giving you a pan to transfer to the oven). Same skillet to make alfredo sauce
  • 1 small cookie sheet, cake pan or daking dish to roast broccoli in the oven
  • Utensils - tong, wood spoon or spatula, oven mits or kitchen towels
  • Serving: platter or plate for chicken, bowl for pasta, bowl for salad, bowl or plate for broccoli
  • Access to stove (2 burners)  and oven (preheat to 400˚F)

Start at 6:00 our goal is to be finished by 7:00 and you will have dinner ready for up to 4 people



    You will need a smartphone, tablet or computer to take this class. We will be using ZOOM for this virtual class
