This is part demonstration and part hands on. We think cookies should be like a jewel box; a mixture of flavours, texture and color.

• Quintessential chocolate chip 
• Nutella Shortbread sandwich cookie - MYO with other fillings and toppings
• Hazelnut Cherry Biscotti - MYO with other nuts and dried things
• Lemon bars or tassie cups
• Madelines - orange glazed
• Coconut Macaroons - chocolate chip or plain or chocolate dipped or drizzled
• Melt away butter cookie - rolled and pressed delicate butter cookie, topped with sprinkles or cherries
• Chocolate bark - MYO with all types of toppings - nuts, dried fruits, candy,
