About the Event
We LOVE so many dishes from Latin cuisine and inspired food from Spain, Mexico and the Carribean. In this class we'rell be making a few things we're currently inspired by:

Chicken Tortilla Soup - SOUPER (get it) easy and perfect for cooler days/nights
Tamales - Can be savory or sweet. This class we'll be make pulled BBQ chicken
Arroz Con Pollo - Chicken and Rice is a classic that takes about 15 minutes to prepare - you make it in one pot then toss into the oven.
Abuelita's Chocolate Cake - Grandma's Chocolate Cake makes EVERYONE happy
